Pale green-gold. White peach, lemon curd and citrus blossom, then subtle oak and a nutty edge. Fresh and finely lined up. White nectarine, lemon and citrus through a creamy, textured frame. Oak adds depth without weight. Tropical fruit, fine minerality, acid keeping it taut. Long, precise finish. Plenty of flavour. Plenty of finesse.
