Fresh and crunchy from the first sip. Charry red cherry and blackcurrant fruit lead the way, intertwined with spice and distinctive red and green pepper notes. The palate continues on and is firm and textured, with elevated tannins providing real grip and structure. Dark and red fruits sit alongside the savoury spice, carrying through to a long, lasting finish. It feels energetic. The finish is persistent, leaving lingering flavours of blackberry, plum and spice. A Barossa Shiraz with crunch, presence and personality.
