Margaret River Cabernet with cassis, cedar, and a little green in the mix.

Deep garnet. Blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis, then cedar, tobacco, dark chocolate and dried herb. Full and concentrated. Ripe black fruit on fine tannin, French oak in its place. Graphite, liquorice and savoury spice through the middle, an earthy edge keeping it taut rather than jammy. Long finish of cassis and cedar.
