Deep crimson with a purple core. Blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, then pepper, cedar, liquorice and spice. Medium to full and generously flavoured. Rich dark fruit on fine tannin, balanced acid. Shiraz brings weight, Cabernet brings cassis and structure. Gentle oak for a savoury line. Long finish of dark berry, spice and cedar.

Shiraz for the flesh, Cabernet for the frame.
