Eleven years on and still super fresh. Must be the Malbec, or the team at Jim Barry. Wow. Drinking amazingly right now.

Deep crimson with brick-red tones. Blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, then dried herb, violet, mint chocolate and a nutty flick.

Medium-bodied, firmly structured. Dark fruit, robust tannin, lively acid. Malbec filling out the Cabernet. Secondary notes arriving. Long, dry finish of cassis, herb and fine tannin. Yes please!
