Pale straw. White peach, lemon, green apple and citrus blossom, then a little cream.

Medium to full and finely textured. Ripe peach, nectarine and grapefruit, vibrant lemon-sherbet acid, a clean mineral edge. Fresh through the middle. Palate length is exquisite and moreish. A sense of wild ferment, batonnage, unfined and unfiltered. A food wine. Long, focused finish of citrus and stone fruit.
