Deep ruby with a purple rim. Ripe plum, blackberry and blackcurrant, then floral spice, white pepper and savoury herb. Medium to full. Generous red fruit, supple tannin, bright acid, a little savoury stalk through the middle. Layered, even, smooth persistent finish.
