Deep crimson with a purple core. Ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, then cedar, mint and spice. Full and concentrated. Rich cassis and dark berry fruit on fine tannin, fresh acid. Oak for vanilla and a savoury line. Long finish of dark fruit and spice.

Plenty of tannin. A food wine. Roast lamb.
