65% Shiraz, 35% Cabernet. Finniss fruit, cooled by the Southern Ocean. Deep crimson with developing purple. Blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, then dark cherry, cracked pepper, cedar, tobacco and a hint of mint chocolate.

Full and generously textured. Shiraz brings the dark fruit, Cabernet brings cassis and grip. Fine-grained tannin. Savoury spice, mocha and quiet oak through the mid-palate. Fresh enough under the fruit. Long finish of dark fruit and spice. Give it a decant and serve with food.
