Deep crimson with intense purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, ripe plum and blueberry are layered with dark chocolate, liquorice, cracked pepper and subtle savoury spice. The palate is smooth with concentrated red berry fruit flowing across a plush, powerful frame. Fine-grained tannins provide structure and depth, while balanced red cherry acidity maintains freshness beneath the wine's generous fruit weight. Layers of raspberry, blackberry and plum build through the mid-palate, leading to a long persistent finish.
