Dark blackcurrant Shiraz with plenty of flavour. Langhorne Creek in an easy stride. Deep crimson with a purple rim. Blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe plum, then cracked pepper, liquorice and a lick of dark chocolate. Medium to full. Generous dark fruit on a smooth, supple frame, fine tannin and enough acid to keep it moving. Blackberry, plum and mocha through the middle, a little savoury spice on a clean, persistent finish. Pour it with roast lamb, a pepper steak or a hard cheddar.
