The nose is fresh and inviting, showing bright lemon, green apple and white peach with subtle brioche, toasted almond and a touch of lemon zest.

On the palate this is elegant and beautifully balanced. Fine, creamy bubbles carry vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours, supported by bright acidity and a subtle toasty complexity. It has excellent length, purity and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish with lingering citrus and mineral notes.
